This 6 part CoP will feature key skills Scrum Master’s need to be succesful. Discussion will be facilitated by real Senior Scrum Master’s bringing a variety of experiences and success/failure stories for their world.

Topics will include

• Relative estimation, how to establish a steady velocity and how to interpret key metrics
• How to run productive retrospectives and set your team up for long term success
• How to manage remote teams and build tight collaboration across time zones
• Establishing working agreements, definition of ready and definition of done
